Since each piece of jewelry is handmade by me, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I will make every attempt to ship your items within 72 hours of your order. I will let you know if your order requires more time.
Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
I accept returns*, exchanges*, and cancellations with the following stipulations:
You must contact me within 7 days of delivery
You must ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery
You must request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for any returns, replacements, or reshipping, both to me and back to the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Earring Replacement Policy – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on post or threader earrings. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on post style or threader earrings due to serious health concerns. If you wish to return or exchange earrings with earwires or leverback findings, you will be subject to a $5.00 earwire replacement fee.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Custom and personalized orders
IF YOU HAVE ORDERED a “MADE TO ORDER” item, I will give you a timeline for shipment as it will be dependent on the item.
If you need a different shipping method than what is offered
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times. If you need a different shipping method that isn’t shown at checkout, please send me a message BEFORE you place your order.
Ship To Address Errors
Items will be shipped to the “ship to” address that is entered at checkout. Please ensure that this address is correct as I do not take responsibility for items shipped to the wrong address due to an error here. If you need the item sent to a different address or you notice that there is an error, it is your responsibility to contact me within 2 business days of the date of your order to ensure the items are shipped to the proper location.
I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, and to fulfill your order, or for legal reasons.
